Above Average Year-to-Date Rainfall Figures

year. The fields and gardens are looking green and magnificent. The
year-to-date rainfall is over 400 mm which is above the year-to-date
average of recent years. Mbonisi weir at Quiet Waters which was constructed by a Falcon College parent, Jimmy Goddard, is
about to spill. Because of poor rainfall last year and seepage the level was very low at the start of the rainy season. If the weir does fill up there will be an official opening and we will keep you posted on this.
