Cultural Weekend at
Falcon - A Great Success The annual Cultural weekend was held on the weekend starting Friday 10th February. Despite acute fuel shortages in the country 110 students from 19 schools attended the workshop. Read more about this.... Falcon at the Clifton Expo , Francistown On the 9th February, the Headmaster Reg Querl and Martha Querl, Peter and Jacqui Stewarts represented the College at the 2006 Clifton Expo in Francistown, Botswana. two Zimbabwean, fifteen South African and two Botswana exhibitors were present to showcase their colleges, handout prospectuses, discuss their curricula and answer numerous questions posed by prospective parents and their children.
It was a most worthwhile exercise and one which will hopefully bear
fruit if we can address and overcome the problems experienced with
expensive and frustratingly long border crossing. New Computer Room to be built Chalets at Quiet Waters very popular One of the four chalets at Quiet Waters merges quite naturally with the local surroundings.. The Chalets at Quiet Waters have become very popular and are frequently fully booked whenever there is a function at the College. Still at Quiet Waters.......................... 1st - drew 1st and 14 A played 2-day matches, 15A and 16 A played two one-day
matches, the rest played just one match. D van Heerden (7-28) recorded
the best ever bowling figures by an U16 bowler against Peterhouse; K
Chiwanza and K Chawira scored a record 10th wicket partnership (64) for
an U16 team vs Peterhouse. C van Rensburg scored 71 and took 6 wickets
in the Saturday U15 match. G Aliseni took 5-25 in the Peterhouse 1st
innings at 1st team
