| During the first half of the first term 3 main cross-country events were held. The first of these was the Inter-House Relay event held on 25 January, followed by the main event on 9 February the Long Course Inter-house Cross Country competition in which the majority of the boys participate. | |||

The Junior competition was won by E. Mhlanga of Tredgold House and the Senior competition by T.T. Pongweni of Oates. These two again won their sections when the Inter-Schools event was held at Falcon on 16 February, and Falcon emerged the overall winners. The photographs were taken at random during these three events. |
