Jacqui Stewart, Falcon’s Marketing executive with Ant Hardy and his wife. His company Brandworks was responsible for all of the printing, graphic design and DVD production.

One of the Foyer displays where auction pieces by artists Sao Piercy, Tamryn Pohl, Brigette Lota, Daryl Nero, Sheena Chadwick, Lin Barrie, Sarah Fynn and Patrick Mavros were under the spotlight.

Export quality Metal birds provided by Birdworks were cleverly arranged on each table by Liz Howes assisted by Jerry Brown, Peeps Reid, Alison Holman, Pookie Millar, Nona Williams, Sheila Donnington and Mandy Paterson These added a special dimension to the décor especially to the food displays.

After the Deli Platter starters came the Main Course Dinner by Sarah Lilford. The fruit and vegetables were kindly donated by Favco and the Cheeseman provided a magnificent array of cheeses. Southfork Ranching provided quality meats at discount.

"Will it be Honey Glazed Gammon Ham, Beef Fillet or Spicy Char Grilled Chicken Sticks with Soya and Ginger dripping?"

Auctioneer Peter Lovemore assisted by smart IT in the final "knockdown" bidding on wide range of star lots kindly donated by sponsors too numerous to mention.
