WEEK TWELVE OF THIRD TERM 2008
Dear Parents
Thank you to all those who paid their outstanding accounts - it has made a huge difference. Unfortunately, we still had to send some boys home because their parents had not reconciled their accounts.
Next term, the procedure will be as follows:
No boy will be allowed into the College without full payment of fees and any outstanding balances.
The town offices in Bulawayo and Harare will accept payments up until Thursday 8 January 2009. This will give us time to reconcile the accounts before the boys return at the weekend.
Each boy will be given an entry slip indicating his payment. It will definitely be in your interest to pay the town offices in advance to avoid queueing on day one.
A detailed list of few payment instructions will be circulated to all parents at the end of term.
This has been a quiet week with the end of exams and all the 'O' and 'A' level boys now out of the School.

We have had wonderful rain which has transformed the place, in days, back to an oasis of green.
At a dinner on Friday night, our new College Prefects will be introduced to the Executive Committee.
The Health authorities came around this week telling us how to be aware of Cholera which has reared its ugly head in the district. We are all being extremely vigilant.
I know that this is beginning to sound like a stuck record (and only the parents know what that is because your sons only know about C.D.'s). Please do try and come to your son's consultation at the end of term. It does make a difference to both boys and the teachers.
