Sports
Sports are a significant part of education at Falcon. Individual and team sports are played using our fine facilities both locally and Internationally
Teaching staff
The Falcon family depends largely on the input of a dedicated, diverse and talented teaching staff. Staff live on campus and ensure they are abreast of the most modern techniques and methods of teaching
Admin Staff
Headed by Joanne Gous and supported by competent staff that cover the following departments: Accounts, Kitchen, Grounds, Housekeeping, Sanatorium, Projects, Maintenance, Agriculture and Transport.

College Governance and Management: The College is governed by a proactive Board of Governors responsible for the determining policy and upholding the ideals of good governance. The College is run and managed on the Board&Acute;s behalf by a committed Headmaster and an Executive Committee who implement Board policy.
Facilities and Resources: In pursuit of excellence the College is committed to the ongoing investment and development of modern, state of the art academic, technological, sporting and cultural facilities for the benefit of both boys and staff

Sporting Excellence: The College is committed to the principle of excellence in sport. Through sport, Falcon College encourages the principles of motivation, teamwork and sportsmanship. We offer a diverse range of sporting activities across all age groups and all skill levels.
Sporting achievement is encouraged through personal goal-setting. The College is committed to best sporting practice and encourages coaching development programmes as well as continuously upgrading its sporting facilities.
